GENERAL
As you move into the New Year Jupiter, planet of luck is in his final few days in your career sector, finishing up what has been a year long process to put things on the right professional path. With Saturn spending all but 15 weeks of the year in your work sector, it’s the professional dreams you're able to commit to before Jupiter leaves your career sector, on the 18th January, that will have an exceptional opportunity to fly, more so than you realise. It’s on the 18th January that Jupiter moves into your sector of friendship, teamwork and networking, making this the luckiest area of your chart for the majority of 2010. He’ll take a 3 month break, between the 6th June and the 9th September, giving you a chance to draw back and work behind the scenes, but for the most part this will be a very, vibrant and social year. While Jupiter will divide his time this year, so too will Saturn, returning to your romantic and creative sector from the 8th April to the 22nd July. This brings an opportunity for second chances, to take a trip down memory lane or to wrap things up, knowing that once he leaves he won’t return for another 3 decades. Apart from the 15 weeks that Saturn spends back in your romantic sector, there are some unexpected surprises on the relationship sector front, in the last 3 months of the year. Venus, planet of love will spend almost 2 months in your relationship sector, over twice the time she’ll normally spend here, arriving on the 9th September and leaving on the 8th November 2011. But for the planet of love it seems that once is never enough, for she returns for a double dip visit from the 30th November to the 8th January 2011, bringing unexpected relationship opportunities. Look out for some surprise second chances on the work front in November and some unexpected income opportunities around the 21st December.
LOVE
2010 is a year that is set to surprise you, for while you move into the year with no activity in either your romantic or relationship sectors, something that hasn’t been the case for several years, it’s not going to stay that way. It was on the 30th October 2009 that you said goodbye to Saturn, not expecting to see him back for another 3 decades. Yet on the 8th April he returns, for a catch up visit that will see the planet of honesty and conviction back in your romantic sector for 15 weeks, from the 8th April to the 22nd July. This explains why Venus, planet of love is in such a rush to get to your sign, for she returns to your sign on the 1st April, managing to get there well ahead of the Sun. This means that your Venus return, which will run from the 1st to the 25th April, will be underway and under Venus’ control when Saturn returns. Saturn will be in retrograde motion until the 31st May, so while Venus is attracting new romantic opportunities, Saturn will be bringing an opportunity for second chances. It’s while Saturn is still in your romantic sector, but now in direct motion that Mars, planet of passion arrives and having been held back for so long, he’s ready to make up for lost time. He’s here from the 7th June to the 30th July, during which time Venus and Mercury will both become involved. A New Moon in your romantic sector on the 8th September brings the promise of new beginnings and a chance to put things on the right path. It’s at the end of the year that you’ll find the best relationship opportunities. Venus will visit your relationship sector twice this year, once from the 9th September to the 8th November and again from the 30th November to the 8th January 2011. With a lot of help from the Sun, Mercury and Mars, the last 3 months of the year are full of relationship opportunities.
MONEY
While 2010 continues to be an important professional year, with Jupiter leaving your career sector on the 18th January but with Neptune keeping things on track all year and with Saturn in your work sector for all but 15 weeks of the year, this is not an exceptionally big year for financial matters. Neither of your money houses will be active all year and neither will bring either the challenges of the past or the big opportunities that the future will hold, especially from June 2012 onwards. What this year does hold is pockets of opportunities which need to be seized, with your timing crucial. With Saturn in retrograde motion in your work sector until he leaves on the 8th April, there is a lot of focus on your work situation, but in a way that allows you to work behind the scenes, retracing your steps. As much as you may want to see financial returns for your efforts at the time, that’s unlikely to be the case and too much focus on gaining income opportunities as well will distract you from the job at hand. However, the table turns dramatically after Saturn leaves your work sector and it’s in the 15 weeks that he’s gone that you’ll find this year’s biggest income opportunities. It’s as though you can only deal with one thing at a time, putting maximum effort into your work situation until the 8th April and then looking at your pay situation. It’s on the 25th April that Venus, planet of money, desire and the laws of attraction moves into your income sector and that’s when your most lucrative income opportunities open up, with the whole period between then and the 25th June, a period of exactly 2 months, destined to be especially lucrative. This is when your effort needs to be channelled into seizing every income opportunity possible. A New Moon in your income sector on the 12th June is the most likely time for a pay rise or to put effort invested up to that date into a new initiative, taking the lead and going after the prize. After the 25th June there is no more financial activity until later in the year, with your financial sector active from the 28th October 2010 right through to the 14th January 2011. It’s while your financial sector is active that a total lunar eclipse falls in your income sector, the first in 17 years. By this point Saturn will be back in your work sector, so there could be an opportunity for major developments on the income front around that time.
BUSINESS
You’re moving into 2010 with one foot on the accelerator and another on the brake, with a lot of urgency on the career front, but a need for caution and a slow and steady approach when it comes to your actual work situation. That’s because Jupiter, planet of luck will leave your career sector on the 18th January, not to return for another 12 years, making it important that you have things on track, that you know what dream you're chasing and that no matter how long it takes you, that you know you’re on the right professional path. This is about finding something to be moving towards, knowing what your long term professional goals are. Until Jupiter leaves it’s about establishing the goal and even if nothing productive is achieved, that you know what you're striving for. The real business part of the year for you starts on the 19th January. That’s the date Venus moves into your career sector, followed by the Sun a day later on the 20th January and by Mercury on the 10th February. It’s between then and early March that you’re able to back up the dreams and goals Jupiter left you with, by taking the first steps on the journey towards turning dreams into reality. Meanwhile, Saturn turns retrograde in your work sector on the 14th January and will remain in retrograde motion until he backs all the way out on the 8th April. This gives you a chance to pace yourself and so long as things are in motion, to focus more on getting things on track professionally. It’s when Saturn returns to your work sector on the 22nd July that things become very busy and they’ll remain that way for the rest of the year, with August and September the stand out months for work opportunities. |
